Google Business Profile integration

Manage your local presence from the same platform that runs your business

ScapeOne lets service businesses securely connect their Google account through Google OAuth, bringing authorised business information, locations and local-growth insights into their ScapeOne workspace.

For authorised business accounts

One local-growth workflow, with the customer in control.

ScapeOne is business-management software for landscapers, gardeners, lawn care, irrigation and grounds maintenance teams. Google Business Profile integration brings permitted local information into Growth Hub without separating it from the work it supports.

How it works

A clear connection flow from the business workspace to useful local-growth context.

Four steps
1

Connect Google

A business user chooses Connect Google from their ScapeOne workspace.

2

Authorise

Google displays its consent screen and the user chooses which permissions to grant.

3

Import authorised data

ScapeOne accesses only Google resources available to that account and permitted scopes.

4

Use it in ScapeOne

Authorised information can support local visibility, review and Growth Hub workflows.

Customer authorisation is the boundary

ScapeOne acts for the connected business, not for Google and not for an unrelated third party.

OAuth based

ScapeOne does not obtain unrestricted access to Google Business Profiles. Each business connects its own Google account through Google's OAuth authorisation process. ScapeOne only accesses Business Profiles and Google resources that the connected user is authorised to access and has explicitly permitted through OAuth.

Connections can be disconnected from ScapeOne. Access and data use remain tenant-scoped, and OAuth tokens are encrypted in the integration connection record rather than rendered in public pages.

Why ScapeOne uses Google Business Profile

The integration supports practical local visibility work for real service businesses.

Safeguard

Least-necessary access

The OAuth flow requests the configured Google scopes needed by the supported integration workflows.

Safeguard

Encrypted connection records

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in tenant integration records and are never exposed in this page.

Safeguard

Disconnect capability

A customer can disconnect the Google connection from their ScapeOne workspace.

Safeguard

Published safeguards

Privacy, terms and data deletion information are available publicly for customers and reviewers.
